Home-made blueberry and lime syrup
A fruity base for wonderfully refreshing beverages: Why not make your own blueberry lime syrup? It's easy with our recipe!
Preparation
- Place the blueberries, water and Hermesetas Granulated in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer over a medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Be careful: the mixture will bubble and may splash!
 - Leave to cool a little, then pass the mixture through a sieve and add lime juice to taste. Use a funnel to fill the mixture into a clean bottle with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator.
Hint: How about a non-alcoholic summer spritzer? A slice of lime, some fresh basil and a tablespoon of blueberry syrup topped up with mineral water – your delicious refreshing beverage is ready in no time!
