Avocado devilled eggs
Our devilled eggs are a devilishly delicious treat. Filled with avocado and chives, they are ideal as a starter.
Preparation:
- Hard-boil the eggs for ten minutes and immediately rinse under cold water. Once cooled, peel the eggs and halve lengthways. Using a spoon, carefully remove the yolk and place in a bowl.
- Halve the avocado, add the flesh to the egg yolk together with 50 ml water, and mix well until smooth. Season with mustard, cider vinegar, Hermesetas Granulated, salt and pepper.
- Fill the mixture into a piping bag and use to fill the empty egg halves. Garnish with freshly ground pepper and chives.
