Chicken skewers:
| 450 g | Chicken breast meat |
| 2.5 cm | Ginger, fresh |
| 1 | Shallot |
| 1 | Clove garlic, peeled and crushed |
| 1 tbsp | Light soy sauce |
| 1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
