For a cake plate (34 x 34cm, 3.5cm high), greased with butter.
Stir the eggs and Hermesetas Granulated until the mixture is fluffy. Mix in the vanilla sugar and the cocoa powder. Add the milk. Mix in the flour and baking powder. Add the melted butter and stir everything into a smooth batter. Lightly grease the sheet and spread the batter flat on it. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients for the glaze together and spread over the lukewarm biscuit. Finally, spread the coconut flakes out evenly. Allow to cool and cut into cubes.
