Chocolatey energy balls

Cocoa makes these vegan energy balls deliciously chocolatey, while dates, oats and hazelnuts give you new power. What are you waiting for?!

Preparation:

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 30 minutes (this makes them juicier). Pulse the softened dates in a food processor.
  2. Add the other ingredients to the dates in the food processor and pulse again. Check frequently whether the mixture has reached the right consistency. Remove the mixture from the food processor, shape into a ball and refrigerate for 30 min.
  3. Shape the chilled mixture into 15 balls and store in the fridge until serving.
