Coconut tops

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Pour the coconut flour into a large bowl. Melt the coconut oil and pour it over the coconut flour. Break the eggs into a bowl and then add the Hermesetas Granulated. Mix well until everything is well incorporated. Wet hands with cold water so that the coconut mass does not stick to your fingers, and shape the coconut mass into 10 small cakes. Place the coconut tops on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the tops are golden.
