Granola breakfast tartlets

How about a granola tartlet for breakfast? Its fruity, creamy topping is made with berries and skyr, a dairy product from Iceland.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 °C. Grease six tartlet forms and put aside. Pour the ground almonds, oats, Hermesetas Granulated, salt and cinnamon into a bowl and combine. Add the coconut oil and combine with the other ingredients using your hands or the back of a large wooden spoon. Roughly chop the almonds and mix into the batter. Finally, add the melted butter and knead the dough together well.
  2. Fill the granola mixture into the tartlet forms and press down well. Bake the tartlets in the oven for approximately 12-15 minutes, then remove and allow to cool. Serve with skyr and fresh berries.
