Mix Hermesetas Granulated, flour and chopped ice cold fat to crumb like mixture. Mix cold water in the dough. Spread the dough on pie pan (ø 26 cm) bottom and the edges. Put the pan in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix carefully curd and sour cream, Hermesetas Granulated, egg yolks, lemon juice and grated lemon zest. Whip egg whites stiff and mix it to the curd mixture. Pour filling on the base dough into pan.
Bake in lower level of the oven in 150 C degrees about 45 minutes. Cool down. Cover the surface with strawberries and sprinkle Hermesetas Granulated on the top.
