Low carb chocolate brownies with courgette

- Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Wash the courgette and grate finely. Finely chop the chocolate and set aside.
- In a food processor, beat the two eggs with the melted butter. Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then add them to the butter-egg mixture and stir well. Fold in the grated courgette and chopped chocolate, one after the other.
- Fill the mixture into a greased baking dish (25x25 cm), sprinkle on the cocoa nibs and bake for 30 minutes.
Hint: You can sprinkle a little more Hermesetas Granulated onto the finished brownies before serving.
