Mango lassi popsicles
A delicious popsicle? Or perhaps a mango lassi? With our recipe, you can have both at once! Enjoy these vegan popsicles.
Preparation
- Peel the mango, chop into large chunks and purée together with the Hermesetas Granulated. Pour half of the mango sauce into the popsicle moulds, around 1-2 cm deep, and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
 - For the light-coloured layer, mix the coconut yoghurt with Hermesetas Granulated and divide between the partially-filled popsicle moulds. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
 - Finally, divide the rest of the mango purée between the popsicle moulds and insert the sticks. Leave in the freezer for at least another 2 hours, or until completely frozen. Enjoy.
