Mango lassi popsicles

A delicious popsicle? Or perhaps a mango lassi? With our recipe, you can have both at once! Enjoy these vegan popsicles.

Preparation

  1. Peel the mango, chop into large chunks and purée together with the Hermesetas Granulated. Pour half of the mango sauce into the popsicle moulds, around 1-2 cm deep, and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  2. For the light-coloured layer, mix the coconut yoghurt with Hermesetas Granulated and divide between the partially-filled popsicle moulds. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
  3. Finally, divide the rest of the mango purée between the popsicle moulds and insert the sticks. Leave in the freezer for at least another 2 hours, or until completely frozen. Enjoy.

Ingredients for 4 servings

For the yoghurt layer

100 g Coconut yoghurt (alternatively: Greek yoghurt)
1 tbsp Hermesetas Granulated
100 g Coconut yoghurt (alternatively: Greek yoghurt) 1 tbsp Hermesetas Granulated

For the fruit layer

200 g Mango, fresh
2 tsp Hermesetas Granulated
200 g Mango, fresh 2 tsp Hermesetas Granulated
