Muesli cookies
Muesli, a delicious Swiss invention, now in circular. Try our cookies with spelt flour, finely grated apple and oats.
Preparation
- Knead all the ingredients for the dough into a firm dough and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Shape the dough into 30 small balls, place them on a baking sheet and press down slightly. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for approx. 15 minutes. Leave to cool completely on a cooling rack.

| 120 g | Butter, cold |
| 150 g | Oats, fine |
| 50 g | Spelt flour |
| 10 g | Hermesetas Granulated |
| 1 tsp | Baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 1 pc | Egg (medium) |
| 1 pc (approx. 80 g) | Apple, finely grated |
| 80 g | Raisins |
