- Knead all the ingredients for the dough into a firm dough and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Shape the dough into 30 small balls, place them on a baking sheet and press down slightly. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for approx. 15 minutes. Leave to cool completely on a cooling rack.
