Spicy tofu skewers with sweet pepper and courgette
Spicy variety for your vegan summer party: marinaded grill skewers with smoked tofu, sweet pepper and courgette. Light and delicious!
- Place the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl and mix well with a spoon. The salt should be completely dissolved.
- Cut the vegetables for the skewers and the smoked tofu into similarly sized slices and alternate putting them on bamboo skewers. Coat the finished skewers in the marinade and allow to infuse for at least 30 minutes before putting them on the grill.
- Grill the skewers from all sides at medium heat and serve hot. Fresh salads and bread are ideal companions.
