Vegan avocado sauce for asparagus

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a tall container and blend until smooth with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice. The sauce is the perfect companion to classic white asparagus or grilled, green asparagus.

    Tip: Depending on the desired consistency, simply adjust the amount of water added to thicken or thin the sauce.
