Walnut, Sultana, Pumpkin & Sunflower Seed Granola

PREPARATION:

Lightly oil a large baking sheet and preheat the oven to 150°C/ Gas 2

Mix together the oats, seeds and nuts and set aside. Lightly beat the egg white with Hermesetas Granulated until frothy then add the oats, seeds and nuts and jumble together to ensure all are well coated. Spread evenly onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes turning a couple of times. Now add the sultanas and apricots, mix together well on the tray and bake a further 8-10 minutes. Leave the granola on the baking sheet until it cools.

TOP TIPS
Store in an airtight container and your granola will keep for at least 2 weeks. You could add different nuts or dried fruit. Try adding other rolled grains such as wheat or barley.
