Zucchini Bread

Ever tried a bread made with vegetables? Our delicious recipe combines zucchini with almonds – while nutmeg and cinnamon provide the finishing touch. Dare to try it! You will be surprised how good it tastes.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.

    Wash the courgette and grate finely. Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Beat the eggs in a blender or using a hand mixer. Then add the oil and the flour mixture and mix well. Finally, add the grated zucchini.
  3. Spoon the batter into a small, greased loaf tin and bake for around 45 minutes.

    Tip: Sprinkle a little more Hermesetas Granulated onto the finished cake before serving.
